Srikanth Hariharan has experience of dealing in wide range of practice areas such arbitration, insolvency, debt recovery, securities, corporate law, matrimonial disputes and specializes in domestic and international commercial arbitration and insolvency and bankruptcy law. His practice spans over corporate advisory as well as courtroom litigation. He has appeared as a counsel in various forums including High Courts, Trial Courts, National Company Law Tribunals, Consumer Forums, Debt Recovery Tribunals. Mr. Srikanth Hariharan has advised many companies within the country and abroad.

He is also qualified to practice law in the United Kingdom as a Solicitor, Senior Courts of England and Wales. He holds a degree in Master of Laws (LL.M) from University of Cambridge with specialization in Dispute Settlement, International Arbitration and International Commercial Litigation. He did his thesis under the supervision of famed international law expert Professor James Crawford, Judge, International Court of Justice and secured First Class. He also worked at the Appellate Body Secretariat, World Trade Organization, Geneva. He also worked at Debevoise and Plimpton LLP, London in the field of International Investment Arbitration and White Collar Defense/Investigation. Mr. Srikanth has published several papers and articles in domestic and international law journals.

He is regularly invited to law colleges to judge moot court competitions and deliver guest lectures in the corporate law and arbitration.

Kalyani Ghayal is a partner at our firm handling general corporate practice, domestic arbitration and civil litigation before the trial courts and High Court in wide range of matters. She has a special experience in handling matters relating to education laws before the High Court and regularly advises medical, engineering and polytechnic colleges. She also has experience in dealing with arbitrations relating to construction contracts. Ms.Kalyani appears before a variety of courts and tribunals in and around the Hyderabad city.
